JI Style Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") establishes the following terms for the use of the "JI Style Co., Ltd. Official Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "our store") operated by our company.

Article 1 (Definitions)
In these terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Our company may temporarily interrupt or suspend part or all of this service without prior notice to users at our sole discretion in any of the following cases:

  1. When regular or emergency maintenance, inspection, or update of equipment and systems for this service is required.
  2. When it is difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as communication and system failures, cyber attacks, fire, power outage, or natural disasters.
  3. When the service of Type I telecommunications carriers is not provided.
  4. When our company determines that it is necessary to temporarily interrupt or suspend this service for operational or technical reasons, or when our company determines that it is difficult to provide this service due to unforeseen circumstances.
    Our company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary interruption or suspension of this service, regardless of the reason.

 

Article 5 (Handling of Links)
When linking to other sites from various services provided by our company or when third parties provide links to other sites, our company is not responsible for sites other than our store.
In this case, our company is also not responsible for any content, advertisements, products, services, etc. that are included in or available on such sites.
Our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to such content, advertisements, products, services, etc.

 

Article 6 (Copyright)

If a user causes damage to a third party through the use of this service, the user shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to our company.
If a user causes damage to our company through acts contrary to these terms or through illegal or wrongful acts, our company may claim appropriate damages from the user.
